Sometimes you worry about what people think, or how you look or act. Sometimes you get so in your head you forget to present, or freak yourself out from talking to that cutie on the dance floor. Here we work on finding your voice, understanding what is hindering your confidence and removing it from the equation to help you become confident again.

Just a quick note, sometimes (and this was an aha moment for me) someone's words a long long time ago stayed with you and because of those words you started thinking negatively about yourself and lost your confidence along the way. It is scary what the subconscious carries sometimes.
