I help women overcome obstacles and break through barriers to achieve the outcomes they really want. I deeply understand the societal expectations of women in the MENA region (being from the MENA region myself) and find that it aids in the process and progress of my female clients achieving goals. I believe this region has a plethora of resources that we can use to our advantage. Understanding the Arab woman and being an Arab woman myself, I know the potential, strive, and drive females have. I want you to focus your efforts into achieving your dreams and achieving your true potential. We look at strengthening the woman together, and understanding the beauty, resilience and power of the female.

  • What type of goal should I come with for a session?
    You can come in with any goal. Just remember a big goal needs more session, while a very specific and small goal takes alot less time. In the session you will learn how to create effective goals, and take a goal that doesn't seem likely, to a goal that's in the bag.
